Sperm OK and Ovocan: pharma that speaks its customers' language
Benese, a small trading company, needed its products Sperm OK and Ovocan to be seen. [binary] designed the product websites, built the communication on its own concepts and copywriting, and ran the campaigns with monthly reporting until the company took them over.
Starting point: a small company, a big market
Benese is a small trading company in the pharmaceutical sector, set up to trade in the Ovocan supplement; its second product was the Sperm OK tester. It needed to be visible where people look for product information — on a budget a small company can afford.
From concept to campaign
[binary] started with the basics: finishing the logo and communication concepts with original copywriting that speaks to the target audience in its own language. These were followed by campaigns on Facebook, in search engines and on Heureka (a Czech price-comparison site), retargeting, product feeds and sales promotions. On top of that came looking after the e-shops of both products — Ovocan and Sperm OK.
Every crown accounted for
The advertising budget was paid in advance and settled every month together with a report on the work done and campaign results. The client knew exactly how much went on advertising, how much on work, and what it delivered — and could shift the budget between channels and products as it went.
Handover
At the beginning of 2018 the company decided to take over marketing and the development of a new website in-house. [binary] prepared a staging environment for the new version, migrated the websites to a new server and handed the project over.
Takeaways
A small company doesn’t have to compete on budget, but on precision: a clear message, campaigns where the customer is searching, and continuous evaluation. And a well-prepared collaboration can be handed over at any time — with access, data and campaign history.
